How do I check my mVIP status?
Your mVIP status is displayed under Account Dashboard
Will I receive a mVIP card for purchasing?
No physical mVIP card will be issued. However, your benefit will be automatically available once you login online
How do I renew my mVIP?
A notification will be sent to you prior to the expiry date for renewal of your mVIP. Simply, you just repurchase it with SKU# AC13453
Can I cancel my mVIP?
Yes, you can cancel with a full refund within 30 days of your mVIP purchase provided that you have not claimed any mVIP benefits within that period
Do I still get Mwave Dollars?
Yes, you accrue 1% of Mwave dollars on the total value of products on your order
Are all my orders eligible for the shipping discount?
Eligible orders with eligible items will receive Free Shipping. If your cart is not eligible, then it will void your Free Shipping and you will receive an $20 off shipping instead. Free shipping and $20 off shipping is via Standard Delivery only.

Terms & Conditions

  1. mVIP is available as a 6-month or 12-month membership and is paid in advance
  2. mVIP can be purchased using any method of pre-payment available. Transaction fees apply for Credit Card and PayPal payments
  3. mVIP prices and shipping discount applies to online orders only and is applied at checkout after login. The "Free Delivery" is valid with eligible orders and items and applies to Standard Delivery only. If your cart is not eligible for Free Shipping, then you will receive an $20 off Standard Delivery instead.
  4. mVIP fee is inclusive of GST
  5. mVIP fee is refundable in full within 30 days of your mVIP purchase provided that you have not claimed any mVIP benefits within that period
  6. mVIP membership is not transferable
  7. Price guarantee policy - eligible time is calculated 2 days (48 hours) from date and time of invoice
    1. All claims will need to be emailed to [email protected] with screenshots/evidence and must include your sales order or invoice number before the 48-hour expiry
    2. All claims will be resolved within 48 hours following your claim submission
  8. Priority Warranty Processing - mVIP customers will be allocated to a separate priority processing queue for quicker resolution. Processing times will be subject to other mVIP members in the queue. Immediate replacement or credit is only applicable to DOA (dead on arrival) subject to Mwave fault confirmation.
  9. For change of mind returns, the restocking fee is waived for a full refund in Mwave credit subject to the following conditions
    1. Item is un-opened and resaleable
    2. Item was listed as "In Stock at Mwave" at the time of your purchase
    3. Item has not been discounted at Mwave and excludes open-box and clearance items
    4. Return is within 14 days from invoice date
  10. All mVIP customers will accrue 1% of Mwave Dollars on the total value of products on your order
    1. This is effective from 1st July 2018
    2. Accrual of Mwave Dollars for Business accounts will remain at 1%
