With the HomeGuardian plan[5], G410 Select provides end-to-end encrypted cloud storage, ensuring only authorised users can access recordings.

95 dB Chime-Hub Included: Built-in 95dB speaker with custom ringtones. It also can play pre-recorded voice messages for personalised alerts.

 2K Resolution and f/1.8 Wide-Angle Lens: The 4:3 aspect ratio and 175° wide-angle lens let you see the full view of your porch, while 2K[6] video resolution and an f/1.8 aperture enhance image quality—even in low light.

[1] A MicroSD card is not included with the G410 Select. 24/7 recording is only available in wired powering mode. 

[2] To use the device with HomeKit Secure Video, an iCloud plan, and an Apple home hub are required. Note: Within Apple Home, the resolution is limited to 1200p, and it may be downgraded in case of poor network conditions. When both Apple Home and Aqara Home are connected, the maximum resolution of the G410 Select in Aqara Home will also be downgraded from 1536p to 1200p. It can be restored when HomeKit is disconnected.

[3] Please note: we don't recommend using the face recognition to control security devices such as door locks, unless the user configures additional automations that will decrease the risk of misuse (e.g. geo-fencing)

[5] The cloud storage requires HomeGuardian plan, which has a free trial included and activated automatically.

[6] Within Apple Home, the resolution is limited to 1200p, and it may be downgraded in case of poor network conditions. When both Apple Home and Aqara Home are connected, the maximum resolution of the G410 Select in Aqara Home will also be downgraded from 1536p to 1200p. It can be restored when HomeKit is disconnected.

[7] For wired installation, doorbell wiring must supply 12V–24V AC (0.2A, 50/60Hz) or 12V–24V DC (0.5A).

[8] The estimation is based on the device being woken up no more than 10 times per day. The battery life depends on the particular use case and the environment. If the device is installed in a place with heavy foot traffic, we suggest switching it into the power-saving mode.
