We're on the hunt for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and help provide top-notch service to our valued customers.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer interactions. This role will have you working shifts that alternate between both our Showroom which is open to the public 6 days a week and also working behind the scenes in our Contact Centre answering emails, messages, chats and calls.

As this is a flexible casual role you will be required to work a minimum of 2-3 days per week across Monday to Saturday. If you are a student there is also the option to work extra days during holidays and peak trading periods.

Duties of this role include:

  • Engaging with customers in person, or via phone, email, and messaging systems to resolve inquiries
  • Ensuring prompt and efficient responses
  • Providing support for our Click and Collect service in the Mwave showroom
  • Assisting customers with sales and advice in the showroom, leveraging your tech knowledge to provide the best recommendations
  • Collaborating with the Mwave team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Passion for PC hardware, gaming, and consumer electronics
  • A genuine desire to help people & provide exceptional customer service
  • Able to work 2-3 days a week including Saturdays
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet daily KPIs
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and colleagues
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
