Where is my Redemption Code or Instructions?
Game/Redemption codes are emailed within 48 hours of your order being invoiced.
If you do not see the email please check your Junkmail.
To receive the Game/Redemptions code you must be Opt-In to the Redemptions Subscription list.
You can check this by going to Subscriptions in your Account Options and clicking on “Manage Marketing Subscriptions”.
Ensure that “Redemptions” is ticked and click “Save my preferences”, your account is now set to receive Game/Redemption code emails. If it is unticked you will not receive the emails.
Some promotions will require the code to be redeemed directly from the manufacturer, for instances like this we will send an email with redemption instructions. Please note this email will not contain any game/redemption code.
