Shipping FAQ
Mwave Stock Status & Dispatch Times:
• "In Stock Fast Dispatch”. Usually dispatched (leaves warehouse) within 1-2 business days of ordering. Product is in stock at Mwave and available for all shipping options within the designated timeframe. For Pickup & Express Pickup options, you will receive a notification once the order has been prepared for you.
• "In Stock": Dispatch times vary – they are updated on each product page and summarised in the Shopping Cart Page (after you’ve login). Product availability is secured but held off-site with our logistics partners.
• Mixed Stock status orders: if your order consists of a mix of "In Stock Fast Dispatch" & "In Stock" items, please refer to the "In Stock" dispatch times located in the Shopping Cart (requires login). We consolidate these orders on your behalf to ensure an efficient delivery experience.
• Dispatch time estimates are calculated for single items only. These are updated on an ongoing basis but will vary from time to time.
Regular Trading Period Delivery Options & Times:
Please note, all delivery times below excludes our order processing times ie. these times come in effect once we despatch from our warehouse.
Same Day Delivery to Sydney Metro
• To check if your order is eligible for Same Day Delivery add any "In-Stock at Mwave" product into your cart, if your order is eligible the “Tonight” option will appear under Shipping Options. For more information please visit here.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM may be eligible for same day delivery between (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be eligible for Next Business Day - Night Time delivery (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Standard Delivery (Australia Post)
• eParcel generally takes 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on the final destination. (Please allow extra days for remote/regional areas)
• We recommend you use this service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local Australia Post.
• All PO Box deliveries have a weight limit of 22kg per parcel/box. Some Post Offices may also have box size limitations.
• Register a MyPost account for notification and other delivery options
• From time to time Mwave will upgrade Standard Delivery orders to higher service. This is done at our discretion to provide faster delivery times when possible.
Express Delivery (Australia Post)
• Sydney Metro, Newcastle, Wollongong are delivered usually the next business day
• Brisbane, Melbourne: delivered usually the next business day
• Rest of NSW and other Interstate cities: 1-4 Business Days; WA, FNQ, NT & TAS: 3-5 Business Days; Allow extra days for remote/regional areas
• We recommend you use this express service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local Australia Post.

Cope Sensitive Freight
• Sensitive, Valuable, Fragile or Bulk Size Freight
• At our discretion, we will choose to upgrade your order to Cope Sensitive Freight at no additional cost. This is to ensure that freight arrives undamaged as this service provides better care on fragile deliveries.
• As extra care is taken with this service it will take a few days longer to process and to be delivered to you. Tracking events will only show/scanned at the delivery depot closest to you.
• Residential customers will receive a phone call to schedule a delivery day and time where someone will be at home to receive and sign.
• Sydney Metro, Newcastle, Wollongong: delivered usually in 3-5 business days
• NSW Country: 5-7 business days
• All other Major Cities: 5-7 Business Days
• Perth, Cairns, NQ: 10+ Business Days*
• All other Country/Remote/Regional areas: 10+ Business Days*
• Allow extra days for remote/regional areas
Damaged Consignment/Items
• Claims must be made within 7days of when goods were received.
• Consignment (your order or items in your order) will be considered “Damaged” upon final inspection by Mwave after the return of the goods
• Consignment is not considered “damaged” if external packing cartons are slightly damaged due to normal transit wear-and-tear
• Damaged consignments/items will be either replaced with same, equivalent or your full payment refunded at the discretion of Mwave
• All claims need to be lodged through the Mwave Job Ticket System only and need to be supported with photos emailed to [email protected]
