How long does my order take from when I place it online to receiving the delivery?
In general, every single order will go through the following 2 steps prior to you receiving your order:-
Step 1: Order Processing Time
If the stock availability of the SKU you ordered shows Availability:-
Processing Time 24 Hrs - means that the item is in stock at Mwave at that time, and only after the payment has been confirmed, could take up to 24 hours to process for shipping or pickup
Processing Time within 24-48 Hrs - means that the item is currently in stock with our suppliers; and only after the payment has been confirmed, should take 24 to 48 hours (during business hours) to process for shipping or pickup
Processing Time within 1-3 days - means that the item is currently in stock with our suppliers; and only after the payment has been confirmed, should take 1 to 3 business days (or 24 to 72 hours) to process for shipping or pickup
Step 2: Order Delivery Time
The length of the delivery time will depend on your delivery address/final destination, and the type of delivery service you choose.
Currently, our logistics partners are Startrack and Australia Post for all our nationwide deliveries and Mailcall for urgent same day Sydney Metro deliveries.
StarTrack is a courier service and is generally faster with full track and trace. Australia Post (eParcel) may be slightly slower to deliver and only has limited track and trace, but is a cost effective option.

• Nationwide Delivery: 1-4 Business Days* (Road service to most Metropolitan areas)
• Nationwide Express: Next Business Day* (Airfreight service to most Metropolitan areas)
*Allow extra days for regional areas
eParcel and Registered Post - delivery timeframes are usually between 2-10 business days
Sydney Metro 3 hour VIP delivery.
Priority processing time of 1 hour with a 3 hour delivery timeframe
Only available till 1pm Mon-Fri for the same day delivery
