What size case do I need for my build?
The size of the case you need depends on the size of your motherboard and the number of components you plan to install. ATX cases are the most common and can accommodate standard ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. If you have a larger motherboard or want to install multiple graphics cards, you may need an E-ATX or XL-ATX case. For a compact build, consider a Mini-ITX case.
What is the difference between a mid-tower and a full-tower case?
Mid-tower cases are smaller and more affordable than full-tower cases, but they still offer plenty of room for most builds. Full-tower cases are larger and can accommodate more components, making them ideal for high-end builds with multiple graphics cards and water cooling systems. Full-tower cases also tend to have more room for cable management and easier access to components.
What materials are cases made of?
Cases are typically made of steel, aluminum, or plastic. Steel cases are the most common and offer good durability and affordability. Aluminum cases are lighter and more expensive but offer better heat dissipation and a sleeker look. Plastic cases are the most affordable and lightweight but may not offer as much durability or heat dissipation as steel or aluminum cases.
