Administrator* = Defined by the organisation, the administrator is the highest level of authorised caller. The administrator assigns Operators and Help Desk Seats.
Operators* = Are authorised to call the Support Centre. They can authorise disruptive actions during the process of troubleshooting and resolution.
Help Desk Seats* = Are authorised to call the Support Centre for “how to” and client-specific support. They cannot authorise any work on a Transporter device.
