The Synology RX1217RP 12-Bay Diskless Rackmount Expansion Unit (RX1217RP) is designed to enable your business to expand the storage capacity of your compatible Synology NAS by allowing you to add up to a maximum of twelve 14TB drives and have a total of 168TB of raw internal storage space immediately available for use. The RX1217RP features 12 drive bays compatible with 3.5"/2.5" SATA HDDs and 2.5" SATA SSDs, an Infiniband expansion port, three 80mm x 80mm system fans, and dual 500W power supplies.
