Mwave Priority Dispatch Service for Mwave Custom PCs - General assembly and testing service time is 3-6 Business Days. With the Priority Dispatch Service your order enters a special priority queue where we aim to complete assembly QA and testing within 48 hours whilst ensuring that your PC still meets our high craftsmanship and quality standards.


MWAVE PC PRIORITY DISPATCH SERVICE
With the Mwave PC priority service your order may be expedited. General turn-around for Mwave Custom PC orders is 3-7 Business Days after stock allocation completes. Orders with the Priority Dispatch Service often turn around within 2 Business Days after stock allocation completes.
Your Custom PC order must be placed prior to 11:00AM AEST during Mwave's business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All orders must be paid via Credit Card or PayPal to avoid payment processing delays.
All components selected for the Custom PC order must be "In stock at Mwave" not "In Stock at Supplier” or “Preorder” or “Notify Me”.
Your order will be prioritised, usually finalising 2 Business Days after stock allocation completes.
"Extended Custom PC testing (SKU #AB52377)" cannot be selected with this service.
If there is a fault found with your PC during our testing phase this may extend the processing times and delay the dispatch of your PC order.
Note: If your order takes longer than 2 business days to pass assembly, QA and stress testing then we can provide a full refund of this "Mwave PC Priority Dispatch Service Fee". We value our customers and take pride in our Custom PC builds. We will not ship out your custom PC unless it's up to our high-quality standards.
