CyberPower PDU15SWHVIEC12ATNET Switched Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) series power distribution unit provides output from a UPS unit, generator, or utility power to multiple connected devices in datacenter environments. Dual power cords can be plugged into separate power sources to provide redundancy to single-corded connected equipment. If the selected power source exceeds the desired thresholds or fails, the PDU will automatically switch to the other power source to ensure continuous operation.
The product includes a Remote Management Card. With the SNMP card and an IP address on the network interface, users have access to real-time monitoring of the ATS PDU. The power management web interface offers real-time remote monitoring of the PDU vitals of the outlets of networked clients. Event logging via a web browser or network connection allows users to review the history of power conditions. When specified power events occur, automatic event notifications will be sent via email, SMS text, or SNMP trap to designated users so that they can take immediate actions. The featured RJ45 port enables the connection of the optional environmental sensor (ENVIROSENSOR), which can provide real-time temperature and humidity monitoring in an IT center.
The product is also certified to be interoperable and compatible with Cisco Compatible™ network environments, which helps to achieve the best energy performance possible in the datacenter scenario.
Automatic Transfer Switch
Dual power cords (A & B) provide redundant power sources to devices with single power supplies and can be plugged into separate compatible sources* to ensure continuous access. Users select the preferred source as the primary input. CyberPower Smart App Online, Smart App Sinewave, and Professional series UPS are highly recommended for use as the power source.
*Note: Only sine wave AC power sources are compatible with this ATS PDU. Simulated sine wave AC power sources are NOT compatible.
