My item is damaged out of the box. What do I do?

Claims must be made within 7days of when goods were received from the Carrier

Submit a Return ticket online via your Mwave account

Do not dispose of packaging or shipping carton & materials as we will need to collect or have you return the item

You must include all accessories that came packaged with the product

Do not use the product unless advised so by Mwave
