How do I check the status of my order?
Mwave strives to keep accurate stock availability listings online, and we aim to have all orders (for available items) dispatched within 1-2 days of the order having been placed. Mwave will attempt to keep all customers up-to-date regarding any unexpected delays (lengthy leadtimes, items being discontinued etc) via email. Unfortunately, given the large number of orders processed each day, we aren't always able to get an email out to you as soon as we are notified of the delay. Therefore, please ensure you check your order status directly through our website:
My Account -> My Orders -> View Invoice
This will show you the current item allocation for that order. For any unallocated part, the most current ETA we have been provided by the supplier in question will be listed for you. It will also show you if any parts have been discontinued (no longer available).
Should you wish to get additional status details (or lodge a change request due to a part being delayed/discontinued), by all means lodge a job/ticket via our contact system and let us know what you'd like to do.
