Can I pick up my order?

We provide "Pick Up" as an option for our local customers at our Lidcombe showroom between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm Saturday. After an order is placed online (select "Pick Up" during checkout), we will process it as we do with any other online order. Please wait for email confirmation that the order is ready for collection before coming in

Standard Pick Up Please allow at least 24 business hours processing time for "Pick Up" orders placed for items marked as such - this gives our warehouse time to allocate stock to your order and have it ready for pickup. All other items will be processed as per processing times displayed for that item before pickup is possible.

VIP Service Pick Up Select this option if you need it immediately and can't wait for the standard 24hour processing time. We will process your pick up and have it ready in 60 minutes. Only available to items that are displayed as "24hour processing". Order must be placed before 4.30pm.
Please note that you must present a current Australian Drivers License when collecting your purchase. These credentials will be sighted and verified by an Mwave staff member. Please note that due to security concerns, we do not allow couriers to pick up orders on behalf of our customers.

Please note that due to space limitations all orders not picked up within 3 weeks will be classed as uncollected and unwanted. Uncollected pickups will be cancelled and a minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied.
