IT Operations Assistant - Immediate Start

The professional position requires someone who is able to liaise between IT and other Departments supporting our proprietary system and can work independently as well as in a team `environment to deliver the best support for our daily operations. 

The successful candidate must have key knowledge in these areas and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: 

- Australian University degree in IT, major in Information System or Software Development
- The ability to plan and work in a dynamic environment
- The ability to manage and prioritise the various expectations of many stakeholders from various depts
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Understanding of business operations and experience in business operational field
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
- Basic programming skills in Microsoft based environment (.NET, c#, SQL)
- Experience in application testing and troubleshooting
- Look for a stable yet challenging role
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in MIS or DevOps

Exposure to any of the following is desirable:

- Understanding of Agile and Git
- Understanding of jQuery and Bootstrap
- Understanding of angular and Vue
- Understanding of AWS platform
- Able to communicate in Mandarin

Technical Customer Service - Immediate Start

Job description:
- Processing customer orders, job tickets, online chats and emails
- Customer phone support
- Providing quotes for Custom system builds
- Customer technical support when required

- Advanced technical product knowledge, especially in performance PC components and PC gaming
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Previous 12months IT Industry Reseller/Retailer experience
- Previous build/test experience an advantage
- Technical knowledge in other technology categories also an advantage

Full Time: 
9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), Roster Sat 9am-1pm

Warehouse Full Time - Immediate Start

Job description:
- Pick, pack and scanning of customer orders
- Despatch of orders / pallet wrapping
- Punctua
- Good communication skills

- Past experience an advantage but not essential
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use scanners and PC
- Good work ethic - Punctual and hard worker

Full Time:
9.30am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday), Roster Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm
