Technical Customer Service - Immediate Start

Job description:
- Processing customer orders, job tickets, online chats and emails
- Customer phone support
- Providing quotes for Custom system builds
- Customer technical support when required

- Advanced technical product knowledge, especially in performance PC components and PC gaming
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Previous 12months IT Industry Reseller/Retailer experience
- Previous build/test experience an advantage
- Technical knowledge in other technology categories also an advantage

Full Time: 
9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), Roster Sat 9am-3pm
