Important Christmas Order Deadlines for Mwave Customers
To ensure your gifts arrive on time for the festive season, please take note of our order cutoff dates:
- • For In Stock Fast Dispatch items heading to NSW/VIC/QLD/SA, the order cutoff is December 18th.
- • For In Stock Fast Dispatch bound for NT/WA/TAS, please place your order by December 14th to guarantee timely delivery.
Additionally, the order cutoff for standard In Stock dispatch items is also December 14th.

Holiday Season Extended Returns Policy
You've got the flexibility to gift worry-free with an extended returns window until January 14, 2024! This applies to qualifying purchases made between November 6, 2023, and January 14, 2024. Items bought outside of this timeframe follow Mwave Australia’s standard 30-day free returns policy.
During the holiday season (November and December), if you discover a defect in your purchase, we're committed to facilitating a trouble-free warranty return. Once we've verified the fault, we'll swiftly provide a replacement, refund, or credit to resolve it for you.
Lastly should you open your newly received item from Mwave and find it damaged, contact our customer service department as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help you.
