These terms and conditions (polices) below apply to all your purchases from Mwave Australia. They can contain very important information about your legal rights and obligations, including legal limitations and exclusions that apply to you. By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Mwave ("Mwave Australia"), you ("Customer / Consumer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Mwave Australia agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Mwave Australia. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Mwave Australia.
Custom PC Warranty Information
Mwave One Year Return-To-Base Warranty
All Mwave Custom PC System's come with a standard One Year Return-To-Base Warranty. Return-To-Base costs are to be covered by the end user and the Return-To-Customer costs are to be covered by Mwave within the One Year Warranty.
Please note all warranties do not cover items outside of the PC Case. External items will carry their standard manufacturer warranties. (For example: Mouse, Keyboard, LCD Monitor, Printer etc...).
For Mwave to accept any warranty customers must agree to follow Mwave Warranty Procedure located at the "Customer Service" page.
Please note if a warranty claim is made but the product when checked is not faulty or note covered under warranty, service charges may apply.
Onsite Thirs Party Warranty
For onsite and extended warranty please purchase this option during the warranty selection of the system build. It cannot be purchased after the sale has been completed.
Extended warranty is managed by a third party organisation - United Electrical, if you purchase this option please register your details with them immediately and contact them (not Mwave) if you have any issues with your system within the time frame purchased.

Individual System Components
Individual system components also carry their individual manufacturer warranties. If a part fails outside of the 1 Year Return-To-Base system warranties, but it is still covered by manufacture warranty, you will be able to get warranty support from the manufacturer directly.
Mwave Warranty Seal
Mwave Custom PC Systems will be warranty-sealed by our system builder to ensure that they are not tampered with internally. Any breaking or tampering of the seal may void your 1 Year Return-To-Base Warranty.

PC System Specifications
All Mwave Custom PC System specifications are subject to change without notice. If you have ordered a part and it is not in stock or discontinued, Mwave will notify you and you will have the option to modify the affected component.
Pricing
Listed System Pricing
All listed prices for the PC System's include assembly fee & GST.
The listed system price does not include LCD monitors, Operating Software (Windows XP, Vista etc), Shipping & Handling costs and third party warranty cost.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is not included in the listed price - shipping cost will be calculated when you enter your postcode at the shopping cart stage of the order process, and is based on the items you select with your system.
Others
Cancellations and Modifications of Orders
There are no cancellations or modifications of Custom PC Systems orders, once the PC Build process has commenced. If changes are required by necessity, restocking/service fee of at least 20% will apply.
Overclocking and System Modifications
Modifications of the system, via hardware changes or software tweaks (OverClocking) may void your warranty. Mwave and our manufacturer partners typically do not cover damage caused by improper use of hardware.
System Building Time
Please allow 7-10 business days for your PC System to be built and tested thoroughly. We will do our best to ensure a problem-free experience by running tests on the system components prior to dispatch of the system.
Inadvertent Errors
While all efforts are made to avoid pricing errors and other similar issues, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Mwave reserve the right to decline orders arising from such errors. If such a problem should arise, we will notify you immediately, and you will be entitled to modify the order or request a full refund.
