Just wanted to leave you with some positive feedback with my recent purchase of a notebook hard drive, from your www.mwave.com.au website. My situation was that a notebook, crucial to my work needs had its hard disk damaged the night before so I was really desperate for a replacement ASAP. I found the product I was after at your store through the www.shopbot.com.au website and found the price to be almost $100 below what I was about to pay at my usual computer shop. So anyway 9am on the dot, someone was there to answer my phone call, I believe Alan was his name. I explained my story and he was very helpful in finding the stock item and explaining how to order online. I received a phone call within a few hours that its ready for pickup. I found your pickup point in Lidcombe, in and out within a matter of minutes.
